Common questions

Saving items

Save in two ways: create a folder from the My Space tab (tap +, then Add to enter a title, link, photos, and notes), or share any public link from another app via the iOS Share sheet and choose Amice. Shared links are organized automatically into a saved card.

Public vs. private folders

A public folder is discoverable by anyone through Explore, search, and trending. A private folder is only visible to you, and you are never named as the owner of items inside it. Change a folder's privacy at any time from the folder's settings.

Circles

Circles are private groups with a shared library, chat, and itineraries. You choose who to invite, and invitees accept or decline before joining.

Amice Pro subscription

Amice Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual) that raises your weekly limit on AI-organized saves. Every core feature — manual saving, folders, circles, chat, and Explore — is free.

Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. On a new device or reinstall, tap Restore Purchases on the Amice Pro screen.

Deleting your account

Open Settings → Delete Account in the app. This permanently deletes your account and associated data and cannot be undone.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Amice Pro subscription — cancel that separately in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Reporting content or blocking a user

Every profile, comment, chat message, saved item, and folder has a Report option in its menu. To block someone, open their profile and choose Block — blocked users can no longer reach you, and their comments and messages are hidden. Manage blocks under Settings → Blocked Users.

Notifications

Turn each notification category on or off in Settings → Notifications, or revoke push permission entirely in the iOS Settings app.

Trouble signing in

Amice uses email and password. If you can't sign in, make sure your email is verified (check the link we emailed you), or use the password-reset option on the sign-in screen. Still stuck? Email us at amice.app.support@gmail.com.
