Welcome to Amice. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Amice.
Questions: amice.app.support@gmail.com.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Amice. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Amice with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Amice lets you save items, write notes, build folders and lists, and share them with others. You keep ownership of everything you create or upload ("Your Content").
You grant Amice a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (e.g. resize images), display, and distribute Your Content solely to operate the app and the features you use — for example, displaying your public folders to other users, generating share previews, and indexing public content for search and discovery. This license ends when Your Content is deleted, except for backups retained for a limited period and content already shared with others before deletion.
You're responsible for what you save and share. Don't post anything you don't have the right to post.
Privacy is set at the folder level. Public folders are globally discoverable — anyone using Amice can find them through search, Explore, and trending surfaces. Private folders are not browsable by other users, and items in them are never attributed to you in any other user's UI. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown of how privacy works.
Don't use Amice to:
Amice has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts that violate these rules — particularly to protect users from harm.
If you see content or behavior that violates these Terms, use the in-app report flow or email amice.app.support@gmail.com. We review reports and take action at our discretion. Decisions can be appealed by replying to the moderation email you receive.
If you believe content on Amice infringes your copyright, send a notice to the address above with the information required by applicable law (identification of the work, the location of the infringing material, your contact details, and a good-faith statement).
Amice lets you save links and metadata from other websites. We don't endorse, control, or take responsibility for that third-party content. Your interaction with any third-party site is governed by its own terms.
You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete Account. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to by law. After termination, sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limits on liability, dispute resolution) continue to apply.
Amice is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content you find through it is accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to defend and hold Amice harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the app, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
If you downloaded Amice from the Apple App Store, the following also applies: these Terms are between you and Amice, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. When we make material changes we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of Amice after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Amice is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except that you may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court where permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
